ITS Tutorial School is a Hong Kong registered school number 566985. ITS provides a wide range of private tuition and educational services for the Hong Kong community. ITS is also committed to developing a resource rich website where students, teachers and the wider community can find access to some great resources and links to other useful sites.

Some of the resources currently available on ITS website are:

• An accounting, business studies and economics dictionary which is primarily aimed at students. This dictionary was developed in response to the desire of students to have one single comprehensive source where they could find all there business and commerce related terms in a single location. This dictionary also includes a section explaining the major command terms that students can expect to come across in writing and economics or business studies essay.
• The excellent response ITS had to its first dictionary encouraged us to develop further of these resources. Our second dictionary is a comprehensive Geography dictionary developed by our schools General Manager Danny Harrington. This dictionary has all the terms cross referenced and linked. This means that students can click on a term contained within the definition and a separate window will open up with the new definition. The feedback ITS has received about this dictionary has been extremely good.
• ITS is now in the process of developing its third dictionary for secondary school students. This dictionary will be focused on psychology and mental health. It is currently under production and will also include live cross linking of all terms. This dictionary should be online by November 2008.
• ITS has added a comprehensive set of articles on how to solve problems. This set of articles was initially aimed at the corporate sector but students have also found the guide very useful. It takes people from the initial question of: What is a problem? To a wide range of dealing with and solving the problems once identified.
• ITS blog called ITS Educational News is designed to give comment and information on educational issues that affect the Hong Kong community. This blog encourages others within the community to contribute relevant articles that are of help to Hong Kongers or people interested in educational issues in the Hong Kong community.
• ITS has also a large collection of excellent stand alone articles ranging on an extremely broad area of education. Students can find exam tips, presentation advice, citation advice etc. My own favorite article is the one titled “The 50 things we love about Hong Kong”.

Some tutorial exercises for science students are available on the website.

One of our centre piece attractions is the PhD Thesis by Dr George Adams on English language Learning Difficulties in Hong Kong Schools. Not only is this an excellent resource it is also a good way for students to see exactly what is involved in doing a PhD.
